·            Provide clear description of proposed solution on solving the problem
·            Describe functional and technical requirements towards implementation of proposed solution (may use relevant literature)
·            Describe technical and non-technical approaches used to implement proposed solution
·            Describe results after implementation of proposed solution
·            Explain users’ adaptation behaviour after implementation of proposed solution e.g. users/organizational acceptance, users/organizational satisfaction
